 Brian Timmons Dear friends, When I started Residencias Los Jardines, I started writing a weekly newsletter -determined to tell all the good, bad, and the ugly. I knew some readers would be interested in the construction process. I expected others might be interested in the lifestyle of two people who had decided to live outside the box. For others, the adventures of Lita, the parrot and the cat took on an entertainment saga all its own. Residencias Los Jardines is finished. We periodically have re-sales and rental availability. Our Lives
Weather: Normal rains throughout the country. The water table should start to benefit from this year's normality We Continue to Muddle Through: I am hoping that I now have three good, stable tenants at Paradisus. We'll see. The conditional offer on 107 sputters along... hopefully, it will go through... moving money across international borders is difficult, unsure, and time consuming. This complicates the process of buying RE anywhere outside your own country or origin. Traffic continue to be horrible. Two absentee owners of units at Los Jardines did a flash through this week... always good to see them / wished they lived here. No calls for rentals or sales... agents tell me this is the deadest of dead they have ever seen. I am nearing the end of a project I have been working on / worrying about for years... I now have to print 180 pages and send it off before I can call the project "finished". I hope my printer is up to it... My iPad died...doesn't want to take a charge... the connections are buggered up... I have a back up but I have to initialize it... and learn the differences... |
