Website: The person in charge of website development has fallen behind the agreed upon schedule for the delivery of the Optional Upgrades section. We are holding on to his pending invoices and won't pay him for website maintenance and other completed tasks until he delivers the final (Optional Upgrades section) product. This seems to be the only option we have left to make sure this gets done. He has now informed us he would deliver the product and that he would apply a 40% discount for the late delivery.

Permit Applications: SETENA--D1--we wait and that will probably be the story until the end of January. 

Construction:  We have all the sketches of the bridge, retaining wall, and the culvert discharge needed to submit for preliminary approval. That will be done next week. Included in this will be the design for the river crossings of the perimeter fence.

Water: We have not received a reply re. our request for a study to be done to give us the technical specifications needed to start a conversation with AyA. 

Sick Tree....It's still struggling and while it should have completely leafed out, it hasn't.

Two Disasters:  Mudslide endangering the roadway: the City has done nothing. The culvert washout: we've ordered cement culvert sections. They should arrive in a couple weeks.

Cable TV:  AMNET should be operational in the area around mid November. We awill be exploring connections with them.
