GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Residencias Los Jardines is a lifestyle resort community for everyday living.  It features a large, tropical central garden which is well maintained and light at night, numerous plam thatched "ranchos",  two pools each with a water fall, two lighted, covered social areas with sink, gas bar-b-q, refrigerator and counters... The livingroom is complemented by the large front terrace which has a 200 degree view to the west overlooking the pool, central garden, ranchos and mountains in the background.  This area flows seemlessly from kitchen / to living room, to terrace and is a key feature in this unit.

KITCHEN / DINING:  The open concept kitchen / living room / dining room offer an area for living and entertaining and this opens through a large sliding glass door onto the front terrace. The generous “U” shaped kitchen  blue pearl granite counters and full granite backsplash create a beautiful focal point.   The raised  breakfast counter makes it unnecessary to have a dinning room table but should one want it, there is room. All cupboards are made from “cedro”,  beautiful local wood  The kitchen features a SS range,  large side-by-side refrigerator / freezer with ice / cold water dispenser, and microwave/.  Recessed valence lighting accents the workspace.  A separate full height pantry is nearby for additional storage and cleaning supplies.

There is a built in counter and office storage area as well as drawers and shelves for a home office. 

TERRACES

FRONT TERRACE: captures the morning sun and is very large. It is accessed by a sliding glass door from the living room and the terrace acts as an extension of the living room. It has comfortable furniture and dining table for all day / night use.  Most people spend a lot of time at this desireable location.   

BACK TERRACE: The very private back, covered terrace is accessed off the master bedroom through a sliding glass door. It faces west for sunsets and overlooks green area and the western sunset horizon.
